Imagine the power in that, right there is conscious control over your thoughts, where you move from animalistic reactive behaviour to very deliberate conscious human response!

 

Keep practicing, keep practicing, keep practicing…..

The way I see it, you have 3 choices:

 

  1. Go back to what you were doing before (including weight gain and more pain…..)
  2. Keep going on your own and keep looking for answers….
  3. Get some help from someone with a solution who has done it before (yep the pitch).

 

See if someone has done it before then they have come out the other side, they have a proven solution and a way to get a very definite outcome due to effective strategy (this is more effective than the hit and miss approach)

The exercise comes in 2 parts:

  1. Describe what core values are (top 3) and think back to how they link to what you know or what you think you know around back pain and weight loss.
  2. Next develop a list of your top 10 values and show how your top 3 NEVER Change and run your life. Look back at moments in life where you were happiest, had the best results, felt most emotionally peaceful and excited and also any “problems” that occurred didn’t bother you you just dealt with them simply and effectively!

I want you to really pay attention to your breathing drills, you have gone from week 1 – just breathing, week 2 – still body, week 3 working through your gratitude list now you’re onto week 4…..

 

This one is simple, as you should by now be able to hold your gratitude images in your head for periods of time I want you to practice brining in ‘empty mind’.

 

This isn’t empty mind like not conscious and not paying attention this is empty as in deliberately FREE from doubt, anger, negativity, well anything….

 

My own personal one is I imagine a Jedi popping into my head and using the force to raise a giant shield around my mind so only the things that I choose can get in or out….

Day 26 is all about how Crocodile Dundee can help you keep calm and relaxed….

 

 

The routine as follows:

G’day and welcome to day 10,

 

The cheesy reference to Crocodile Dundee is the subject of how to eliminate worry!

Worry is the biggest enemy of creativity, success, joy, love, truth, pretty much anything really! Worry is like mental cancer, it will literally grow that big and crush you.

 

Anxiety, stress, doubt are all forms in a different dress so we need this thing GONE!

 

Worry serves one purpose and one purpose only to pull you down into more worry; watch a conversation between two worriers it’s like watching Victim Tennis with worry being rallied over the net and then pretty soon they are in an episode of east enders…. SCREW THAT!!!!

 

Now I don’t say don’t be concerned, if you know something is coming (or if it just pops up) up then simply acknowledge it, plan or decide what your response will be and then do it and let go of the thought, yes it is that SIMPLE!!!

 

So for today I want to take an Australian approach to worry “no worries mate” should be your best friend. Anytime a worry pops into your head literally shrug your shoulders and say “no worries mate”, decide a response and then go do and let it go…..
