Day 30 is the same format as Day 27, continue on with the new energiser routine….

 

AM – Focused Breathing Drills

MID- Energiser Level 1 Program

PM – Focused Breathing Drills

 

“Only the things that I choose can get in or out!”

 

Imagine the power in that, right there is conscious control over your thoughts, where you move from animalistic reactive behaviour to very deliberate conscious human response!

 

Keep practicing, keep practicing, keep practicing…..

The way I see it, you have 3 choices:

 

  1. Go back to what you were doing before (including weight gain and more pain…..)
  2. Keep going on your own and keep looking for answers….
  3. Get some help from someone with a solution who has done it before (yep the pitch).

 

See if someone has done it before then they have come out the other side, they have a proven solution and a way to get a very definite outcome due to effective strategy (this is more effective than the hit and miss approach)
