The exercise comes in 2 parts:
- Describe what core values are (top 3) and think back to how they link to what you know or what you think you know around back pain and weight loss.
- Next develop a list of your top 10 values and show how your top 3 NEVER Change and run your life. Look back at moments in life where you were happiest, had the best results, felt most emotionally peaceful and excited and also any “problems” that occurred didn’t bother you you just dealt with them simply and effectively!
