Today’s Routine is a little longer than what I previously got you to do:
It follows a similar structure:
Big Game Changer (30-60mins long).
See this head game exercise is a tad longer as we are building on the previous weeks work adn adding to is so crack on!
Looking at all of your previous exercises (environment, behaviors and thoughts), rewrite them all into a list and then look back over them and ask the following:
- Why do I do that?
- Where does that come from?
- How does this serve me?
- What can I do instead
- What would I have to think / feel / believe / do in order to make that my new reality?
Fill this up and keep adding to it over the week, start to pay attention to patterns and things that stand out, for now just pay attention, don’t judge, we will return to this on BGC#2 next week.
